RenovateKarachi (renovatekarachi.pages.dev) is a home-renovation supervision service in Karachi. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect when you contact us, what we do with it, and what we never do with it.
When you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive your phone number or email address, your name as it appears on your account, and whatever you choose to send us — typically property details, photographs and videos of your property, and documents related to a survey or project. This website itself has no contact forms and no account system, so there is nothing to sign up for here.
Like most websites, our hosting may record standard technical logs (such as pages visited and approximate location from an IP address) for security and operation. If analytics are enabled on this site, they are used only in aggregate to understand which pages are useful — never to identify individual visitors for marketing.
We use your messages, photos and documents only to respond to you, prepare surveys and quotations, and — if you become a client — to run and document your project, including stage reports shared with you and the contractor partner assigned to your project. Project photographs are shared with you as reports; we do not publish photographs of your property as marketing material without your separate, explicit permission.
We do not sell, rent or trade your contact details or property information to anyone. We do not add you to marketing lists because you asked for a quote. We do not share your documents outside the people working on your enquiry or project, except where a society, authority or law genuinely requires it (for example, an NOC application you have asked us to make).
You can ask us at any time, on WhatsApp or at harisleadgen8+renovation@gmail.com, what information we hold about you, and ask us to delete your messages, photos and documents from our working files. If you are a client, we may need to retain project records (BOQ, invoices, reports) for accounting and defect-liability purposes; we will tell you exactly what is retained and why if you ask.
