A renovation service built around one belief: the Karachi homeowner's problem was never finding workers. It was verifying the work.
💬 Book on WhatsAppKarachi is full of skilled plumbers, tilers, carpenters and painters. What the city has never had is a reliable layer between the homeowner and those trades — someone whose job is to write the scope down, price it line by line, inspect each stage, check every invoice and report honestly to the owner. Without that layer, every renovation runs on memory, verbal promises and a lump sum that melts.
RenovateKarachi is that layer. We are a renovation supervision service: we survey your property, write an itemised BOQ, place the work with vetted local contractor partners, inspect and document every stage, and report to you on WhatsApp with photos and video — weekly, and at the close of every stage. You pay the contractor per verified stage. Our fee is a declared 10–15% of the project value, written into the agreement before work begins.
Almost every renovation business in Karachi is quote-only: no numbers until the site visit, no document until the advance. We publish planning ranges — per square foot, per bathroom, per kitchen, per coat of paint — because owners who can budget honestly make better decisions, and because a business that hides every number usually benefits from the hiding. Our sources are published contractor rate guides, named on the cost guide page, and our binding quotes are written BOQs that survive line-by-line comparison with anyone's.
Publishing prices also disciplines us. When our rate card is public, our BOQ cannot quietly drift above it. When our fee is declared, it cannot hide inside material prices. Transparency is not our marketing; it is our operating system.

Two owners, above all. The Karachi family renovating the house they live in — who needs the work phased, the dust managed, one bathroom always working, and a budget that does not leak. And the overseas Pakistani whose Karachi house or flat stands closed, decaying, or entrusted to memory — who needs eyes on the ground, documents instead of assurances, and payments that follow proof across any distance.
We work across DHA, Clifton, PECHS, Bahria Town Karachi, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Gulistan-e-Johar, North Nazimabad and Scheme 33. Every project, whatever its size, runs on the same five-stage process described on this site — because discipline that only applies to big projects is not discipline at all.

We will not give you a final price without a survey. We will not start work without a written BOQ. We will not substitute a material silently, mark up an invoice invisibly, or describe other people's work as our own — the images on this site are openly licensed illustrations and are labelled as such, because a business that begins by faking its portfolio will fake other things too. And we will not hold your money as a lump sum: stage payments go from you to the contractor, against proof, or the system means nothing.
If that sounds slower than the thekedar who can start tomorrow — it is, by about a week. That week of survey, BOQ and agreement is the cheapest insurance a renovation can buy, and it is the whole reason our clients, in Karachi and abroad, sleep through their projects instead of chasing them.
A supervision service with vetted contractor partners. We write the BOQ, manage and inspect the work, verify invoices and report to you; partner trades execute the work and are paid by you per verified stage. Our income is a declared supervision fee of 10–15% of project value — which is why our incentive is an honest BOQ, not a bigger one.
Because they are. They are openly licensed photographs that show the kind of work and finish involved — not our completed projects, and we will not pretend otherwise. Real project photography belongs to real projects with the owner's permission; a renovation business that fakes its gallery is telling you how it will treat your invoices.
DHA Karachi, Clifton, PECHS, Bahria Town Karachi, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Gulistan-e-Johar, North Nazimabad and Scheme 33 — each has its own page on this site describing its housing stock and typical work. For a property just outside these areas, ask us on WhatsApp; the survey decides, and we would rather decline honestly than stretch coverage thin.
Send us photos of your property on WhatsApp. We reply during working hours, book your free survey, and put every price in writing before any work begins.
